How do I enroll?

How are my points determined?

Your points will be based on your annual level of participation. Please see the participation chart for details.

How can I move up to a higher participation level & earn more points?

Each quarter your account will be automatically adjusted to reflect your purchase level during the preceding 4 quarters.

I’m an Exclusive All CHI Salon. How do I receive Bonus Points?

Please let us know! Once we validate your request, the bonus points will be applied to your account and will be included on all purchases.

Warranty information

Certain products sold on the Site are accompanied by a written Limited Warranty, which may be found printed on or delivered with the product. Such Limited Warranty is incorporated in its entirety into these Terms. For products accompanied by a Limited Warranty, your return rights are set forth in that warranty language. For all other products, FSI may, in its sole discretion, accept or deny your (or use a) request to return such products.

Farouk Systems, Inc. will provide a return label only for an order that needs to be replaced due to a malfunction or damaged products. Customer will be responsible for the cost of the label for not satisfied purchase, cancelation or any other reason that is not malfunction or damaged products.
