Side Swept Curls:
Step One: Prep the hair with CHI 44 Iron Guard and CHI Luxury Black Seed Oil Flexible Hold Hairspray.
Step Two: Taking 1 inch subsections curl around the CHI Lava Curl Shot barrel and hold for 5-10 seconds.
Slide the hair down to the tip and press the cool shot button to set the curl. Repeat until all hair is curled.
Step Three: Gently mist the hair with CHI Luxury Black Seed Oil Flexible Hold Hairspray and Royal Treatment Rapid Shine. Comb through the curls with your fingers with a small amount of CHI Luxury Black Seed Oil Black Seed Dry Oil.
Step Four: Over direct the hair to one side and pin to create a soft side swept style.
Half Crown Braid:
Step One: Prep the hair using CHI Silk Infusion and CHI 44 Iron Guard.
Step Two: Section hair into two workable sections and smooth all the hair using the CHI Lava 1 ½ inch Hairstyling Iron.
Step Three: Create and over exaggerated side part and section from the apex to the top of the ear.
Step Four: In front section, begin creating a French braid or any braid of your choice. Secure with a hair elastic.
Step Five: Pull and loosen braid to create volume. Pin braid under the hair in the nape area and release bottom half of braid that will be hidden under the hair. Add hair jewelry of your choice to crown braid.
Step Six: Finish the style using Royal Treatment Rapid Shine and CHI Luxury Black Seed Oil Black Seed Dry Oil.
